We are obsessed with the physical in the West. After living in Asia in 2001 and studying yoga extensively under some renowned teachers, it was challenging to come home and see how yoga is used here: merely for a workout.
Yoga is not enough if we want to continue to evolve. We must simultaneously have practices for our mental/emotional selves too.

2. What practice(s) do I have to grow my mental and emotional wellbeing?
