Reclaim Your Feminine Fire
September 19-22, 2024
If you're a woman who is committed to beautiful relationships, and curious about how masculine and feminine energies influence your intimate connections, then join Brie for IGNITE. Come, reclaim your feminine fire in Crestone, Colorado
September 19-22, 2024.
Envision yourself waking up surrounded by the vast Sangre de Cristo mountains in total silence.
You pull on your robe and slippers. You feel the crisp, fall air on your skin as you make your way to the natural hot springs on site for a morning soak.
After the healing waters soften you, you head to your morning restorative yoga class, followed by a nourishing breakfast.
You then gather in the brightly lit community space for the Heart Curriculum component of the weekend. Like you, the other women in attendance are committed to exploring what it means to have beautiful relationships with their beloveds, their families, friends and co-workers.
After your midday massage and soak, you hike with the group to the great stupa and revel in the sunset. You finish the night with a sacred ceremony to reconnect you to your feminine nature.
You feel beautiful and satisfied, sexy and powerful.
At the end of the weekend, you feel ready to go home anew, embodying the essence of feminine wisdom.
Ah, the transformative power that a sacred retreat in Crestone holds!
So why should you join us?
Because your relationships are worth fighting for.
We put countless energy into designing our dream homes, or planning our next big travel adventure, but how many of put time into creating beautiful relationships? Not many.
But you are different.
You'll leave with knowledge about exactly what you can do to connect more authentically with all men, women and children in your life.
You are meant to be in the inspiration in your world back home.

What is possible by the end of this journey?
Imagine going home to your partner, your children, your co-workers and friends with tears of gratitude for having them in your life.
You now see where you have been stuck in the past. You acknowledge what's been holding you back from incredible love and connection.
With greater depth you finally understand how to uphold, or deepen thriving relationships. You know what to do to prevent times of challenge.
You are a source of support for both the men and women in your life.
You know that it is through honoring one another's differences that we all benefit.
At 7,500 feet in elevation and ringed on three sides by mountains, Crestone is both beautiful and isolated.
It includes a captivating array of spiritual sites: more than two dozen ashrams, monasteries, retreat centers, stupas, labyrinths and other sacred landmarks.
The locals believe that spiritual energy is increased in Crestone because people come to this sacred space to pray and meditate.
Nestled in the middle of the Sangre de Cristo mountains, the lower valley acts like a megaphone, amplifying thoughts, intentions, language, and action out to the world.
Crestone is a quirky town with a profound sense of connectedness. It's an off-the-grid, spiritual vortex that's a perfect place for self-reflection.
For centuries, Native Americans and Spanish explorers took refuge at what is now Joyful Journey Hot Springs Spa. This sacred site was a healing sanctuary and place of peace for all passing through.
What makes this place extraordinary, still, are the naturally heated waters just steps away from your bedroom. People from all over come to experience these transformative waters, daily.
The mineral content of the therapeutic artesian waters has been known to increase metabolism, accelerate healing, soothe muscles, improve blood circulation, detoxify the body’s lymphatic system as well as fight effects of fatigue, insomnia, arthritis and a depressed immune system.
Guests may stay in hotel rooms with private bathrooms and aspen wood furniture, or outdoor, heated yurts for the full Colorado mountain experience.
Meals are light, clean, and healthy and made with seasonal fruits and vegetables.
A delicious breakfast of fruits, salad, cereals, rolls and eggs will be offered post yoga and meditation.
For lunch and dinner, grounding soups, stews and salads are available, with rolls and a healthy dessert.
Teas and coffees are available, too. Alcohol will not be served, but participants are welcome to bring their own drinks, if desired.
Can't eat this or that? Vegetarian? Vegan? Gluten Free? No dairy? No problem. We are pleased to accommodate all dietary needs.
The daily schedule is designed with the intention to leave time open for your own particular interests. Whether that includes taking a nap, or touring sacred sites, our hope is that you have space to take your retreat experience at your own pace and settle into your own rhythm.

More about Our Curriculum...
Science shows us that while we may have many similarities, men and women have striking differences due to our biologies.
Understanding these disparities helps us get clear on what drives behavior, and how to work together to create incredible partnership.
Furthermore, no matter your sexual preference, we all hold varying degrees of masculine and feminine energy within us.
Uncovering the essence of these energies, and their role in our intimate relationships, can have massive impact on how we engage in partnership.
Creating inspired intimacy is worth time and examination.
Based on extensive research and study, and inspired by the work of Allison Armstrong and David Deida, we've designed curriculum that helps us honor both the men and women in our lives so we can further understand, love and support each other.

Brie has worn many hats that inform her role as your hostess: teacher, yoga teacher, facilitator, tour guide, writer and mom. Core to her beliefs is that we are each our own greatest teacher so long as we continue to evolve. Brie’s main objective is to create the causes and conditions for self-discovery. She believes that while we can absolutely learn and be inspired by one another, our greatest work must be done alone. She believes that if a woman has a positive shift in consciousness, an entire community benefits.
Brie’s strengths lie in curricular development, skillful facilitation, creating meaningful ritual, and connection with intuition. A devout meditator and yoga practitioner for nearly twenty years, Brie believes these practice (and like practices) to be at the cornerstone of mental and emotional health.
Based on years of taking solo retreats herself, she has designed a course that will elicit transformation for a woman in any stage of life as she detaches herself from back home and embodies her new surroundings, both internal and external.
Her greatest wish is that you return home renewed, inspired and able to share your glow with all those around you.
One last message from Brie...
Dear Incredible Woman,
I know it is hard to leave. Believe me, I've used every reason myself for why not to go on retreat. But in all the retreats I've taken, I've never regretted a single one.
The truth is, every single retreat has something new to teach me that I only discover because I took the time away. Retreating is the best way I've found to really know myself and my deepest intentions. It's my most meaningful form of self-care.
I know you do EVERYTHING for those around you. I know how much you give because it is in a woman's nature to give of herself.
I hope you consider taking this time to give to yourself now. You absolutely deserve it. I'd be so incredibly honored to have and celebrate you.
