As the years go by, I feel more and more grateful for you. For your readership, your presence on retreats, Soul Sessions with you and more.

If you've been with me for a few years, you know that summer is a time when I recoil and slow down. I was born in the summer; it is my favorite time of year. My kids come home from school, we spend loads of time outside, and I recharge, read and uncover new inspiration for the year to come.
In honor of this, this will be my last blog until the fall.

A Soul Session is a one hour one-on-one session that pulls from psychology by looking at our past, but uses the forward momentum of coaching to keep you focused.
I work with couples, individuals, men, women, even families and children. If you need some help navigating a challenge or past pain, uncovering and taking steps towards your dream, or planning for your extraordinary future, I'd love to do a Soul Session with you.
I hope to be in touch with you, and I really look forward to having you on retreat this year as our lives open back up again. There is no better time to realign by planning a retreat for yourself than after this pandemic.
