IGNITE Packing List
This is merely a suggested list. Please be sure to pack for your own needs when considering a mountain/hot springs vacation. Also note that general stores are a 30 minute drive away. If you require certain food, medications, snacks or toiletries, please be sure to plan ahead!

Comfortable yoga clothes for 4 days

Comfortable daily clothes for non-yoga times (jeans or sweat pants, sweatshirts, shorts, comfy clothes)

Hiking clothes and shoes

one outfit to dance in (Preferably something loose fitting and comfy. A skirt or yoga pants and a yoga shirt will suffice!)

Optional: underwear/lingerie that makes you feel sexy (for dance)

Sleep clothing

a swimsuit (or two!)

a sun hat

a snow hat/gloves (for night hike)

Cardigan or hoodie

A shall or wrap for workshops

Alcohol (Joyful Journey does NOT serve alcohol. It IS alcohol and marijuana friendly, so if you choose to bring your own, this is up to you.)
