IGNITE Packing List

This is merely a suggested list.  Please be sure to pack for your own needs when considering a mountain/hot springs vacation.  Also note that general stores are a 30 minute drive away.  If you require certain food, medications, snacks or toiletries, please be sure to plan ahead!

  • Comfortable yoga clothes for 2 days 

  • Comfortable daily clothes for non-yoga times (jeans, sweatshirts, shorts, comfy dresses)

  • Hiking clothes and shoes

  • one outfit to dance in (Preferably something loose fitting and comfy.  A skirt or yoga pants and a yoga shirt will suffice!)

  • Optional: underwear/lingerie that makes you feel sexy (for dance)

  • Sleep clothing

  • a swimsuit

  • sunscreen

  • a sun hat 

  • a snow hat/gloves (for night hike)

  • Cardigan, hoodie or jacket for nights

  • A shall or wrap for workshops

  • undergarments + socks

  • toiletries + makeup

  • relevant medications or supplements

  • mini first aid kit or supplies (bandaids, Neosporin, etc.)

  • Small flashlight or headlamp

  • Tennis shoes

  • Flip-flops

  • Small bag or backpack for daily excursions

  • Sunglasses

  • Refillable Water Bottle

  • Yoga mat 

  • Meditation cushion, back-jack, or small pillow or blanket (for floor sitting)

  • At least 1 book to read

  • A journal and your favorite pens/pencils

  • Markers or sharpies for art activity/journaling

  • Camera (if you want something other than your phone)

  • Chargers, cords, any other tech supplies

  • Any specific healthy snacks you want

  • Credit card(s) & cash

  • Alcohol (Joyful Journey does NOT serve alcohol.  It IS alcohol and marijuana friendly, so if you choose to bring your own, this is up to you.)
