If you have a dream that's been buried for too long, or you desire to create a new dream for yourself and are interested in how the mind works to make dreams a reality, then join Brie from the comfort of your own home for our virtual retreat, MANIFEST 

DESCRIPTION:

We all have dreams for our future: places we'll go, lives we'll touch, things we'll attain, relationships we'll have, and who we'll become.  But we get busy with our lives, and we feel our once-essential dream slipping away.

Yet our dream is not as out of reach as we think.  In the course of this retreat, you'll learn how the conscious and subconscious mind work against each other and how to right this challenge to make way for BIG things.

You'll learn:

  • An understanding of various brain states and how to elicit each one to allow for insights

  • How to rewire a new, empowering pattern into your subconscious mind

  • How to clarify your desire on a somatic level

  • How to connect with the quantum field of infinite possibility using meditation tactics 

  • Specific practices including restorative yoga, breath and energy work, meditation, journaling and ceremony to manifest your desire

Walk away with tools, strategies and inspiration to make your dreams a reality.

DETAILS:

Please wear comfortable clothes as we will begin with a 45 minute restorative yoga session.  You will need a computer, a yoga mat, a pen and a journal.  Other relevant details will be emailed once we receive your registration. This event welcomes men, women and all gender and non-binary identifying folks.

Brie Doyle

Brie is the founder of She Glows Retreats.  She hosts retreats locally and internationally, offering content on mental and emotional wellness. She works with individuals from all ages and stages of life.  

A devout meditator and yoga teacher for nearly 20 years, she believes retreats to be the most transformational form of self-care.
