Plan to ARRIVE at The Grand Hyatt by 6pm on the 17th of September 2021. Check out is at 11am on the 19th.
Vail is a 2 hour commute from Denver/Boulder. Out of state participants, please fly into Denver International Airport (DIA) and drive from there.

We can offer shuttle suggestions if needed.
Cancellation Policy
Full tuition is due at time of registration. This payment is non-refundable.

If you must cancel and are able to find someone to take your space on the retreat, please alert us immediately.

There will be a $100 fee for any payments made after May 1st, 2021.
This Cancellation Policy is firm. Please, do not make any travel arrangements before receiving confirmation of registration.
